We handle (recovery) claims and FDD cases worldwide on behalf of insurers, shipowners and any other parties.  Results are achieved mostly through negotiations and settlement. But if necessary results will be achieved also through litigation, arbitration or alternative dispute resolution.

This enables us to advise clients immediately as from the occurrence of the incident giving rise to salvage or general average.  The timing possible also enables us to collect the information and documentation necessary for the claims handling later-on if this would appear to be necessary.
